I have written several posts about the use of sine function in neural networks either as an activation function or as node operation. This subject has become my master thesis. In this post, I am going to write a summary of my thesis in an informal way for everybody to understand and maybe get inspired. In this post, I am going to talk about intuition, and I am going to mention the previous studies in this area.
Intuition
Before I decide on the subject of my thesis, I was watching videos on YouTube about the Fourier series and quantum theory. These videos have started the first sparkle for the subject of my thesis. The videos which are about Fourier are mentioned below.
